● Basic Requirements:
Master or PHD in physics/photonics related background
Product development or management work experience in photonics is referred
Experience in laser optics or e-commerce field is preferred.
Entrepreneurship and willing to work at a startup company,
● Responsibility:
Responsible for end to end Product Management for the assigned product line
Define and evolve our online platform from strategic planning, product roadmap, product design and specification, overall product quality, and tactical execution
Establishing a product pricing strategy by analyzing key competitor’s price and company channel strategy
Establish processes to improve supplier product quality and speed of product delivery, proper documentation control, usability testing report etc.
Advance product development methodology, policies to improve and enhance user experience, product and feature prioritization, release predictability, quality, and velocity
Collaborate with the design team to extract meaningful insights for product design strategy, positioning and cost structure.
Oversee the product life cycle,measure and analyze the performance of product initiatives against ROI,KPIs, and other metrics. Continually generate ideas for product introductions and expansion
Monitor and keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends, customer feedback and requests, and market demand
