Chroma's state-of-the-art magnetron sputtering coating process ensures that the coater runs continuously and accurately for more than 30 hours, enabling high transmittance, ultra-wide transmittance range, high cut-off depth/high reflectivity, narrow bandwidth and high damage threshold notch filters and dichroic mirrors.

It is suitable for a variety of laser systems, such as laser-induced fluorescence, Raman, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, and biophotonics. There are two types of Chroma notch filters: Notch Filter and TopNotchTM Filter. TopNotchTM Filter is a high-end notch filter for Chroma that offers the following features:

Ultra-wide transmittance range (350 - 1600 nm)
Narrow bandwidth (3% of Notch CWL)
High cut-off depth (OD > 6)
Wide cut-off range (> 6 nm)
5. High damage threshold (1.75J/cm2 @ 532 nm, 10 ns, 10 HZ)
