High Sensitivity sCMOS Camera
SIMTRUM'S sCMOS scientific camera uses a Gpixel scientific grade, backlit CMOS image sensor, combined with a deep cooling sealing process and high-speed data transmission technology. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high frame rate, high dynamic range and high signal-to-noise ratio. It is suitable for life science, quantum physics, astronomical observation and semiconductor inspection, and its flexible and compact design is also suitable for integration into optical inspection systems such as structured light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.It mainly includes three models: QY01-IM-sCMOS-4.2/16/95.
