The Dhyana 95BSI V2 is a compact but powerful camera designed to be the industry standard for its applications. Small but powerful, the Dhyana 95 boasts a quantum efficiency of 95%, ultra low readout noise and a 2" sensor size, making it ideal for imaging in lifesciences and material studies. The Dhayana 95 comes with options for Water Cooling or Forced Air Cooling system, USB3.0 or CameraLink.

95% quantum efficiency, and excellent SNR


 The Dhyana95 V2 uses backside-illuminated sCMOS thinned chip technology to avoid light interference from the wiring layer. It has excellent response capabilities in the ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared bands, with a peak quantum efficiency of up to 95%@560nm, and when the number of incident photons are more than 3 , it can have a better SNR performance than the typical EMCCD camera of 97% peak QE .

100Ke - Full Well Capacity, High Dynamic Range


Thanks to the 11um large pixel , Dhyana95 V2's full-well capacity can be up to 100,000 electrons. Advanced High Dynamic (HDR) mode, through dual-channel gain conbined, it can present high-quality images with rich details of dark and bright in real time, which is very useful in applications such as life science.

The 2" array can not only adapt to more optical interfaces and deliver a greater field of view, but also results in fewer lens switches to find the area of interest on the sample.

Lighter and Less Power

The weight is only 995g and the power consumption is only 45W making Dhyana 400BSI V3 the lightest and the least power in its class and so easy to integrate and fit in small spaces.




100fps@4MP

Dhyana 400BSI V3 has been upgraded from 74fps to 100fps, reaching the limit readout speed of 4MP resolution at CameraLink mode. You may also get higher frame rate support by ROI function.




Rolling Shutter Control Mode

Dhyana 400BSI V3 has developed a new technology named Rolling Shutter Control Mode, which allows users to add defined line time delays or slit heights to synchronize scanning modes in applications such as Light-Sheet Microscopy.

Pixel correction, DSNU/PRNU calibration, more accurate quantitative analysis


To improve the overall performance of the camera, the Dhyana 400BSI V2 was calibrated in DSNU (dark signal nonuniformity) and PRNU (photo response non-uniformity) characteristically. After calibration, the DSNU value reduced from 0.3e- to 0.2e-, the PRNU value reduced from 1.6% to 0.3%. Thus the new upgraded camera has a more sophisticated capabilities, making it more suitable for quantitative analysis applications.

Wide spectral response range, high sensitivity


With its ultra-low noise, the advantage of the quantum efficiency in Dhyana 400BSI V2 is very significant. This is a huge breakthrough for scientific applications, not only in the visible region, but also in the ultraviolet and near-infrared.






74fps using CameraLink, 40fps using USB3.0, faster data capture


In addition to the signal to noise ratio advantage, the Dhyana 400BSI V2 has enhanced transmission speeds. The new CameraLink interface meets the needs of high-end imaging research for higher frame rates and increases the USB 3.0 throughput through hardware improvements. These have achieved the ultimate transfer rate of 74fps with CameraLink and 40fps with USB3.0 at 4.2 MP full resolution.





Dhyana 400D is equipped with a brand new 1.2 inch scientific CMOS sensor, which provides 80% quantum efficiency at 600nm. The 1.2 inch sensor size and 6.5μm x 6.5μm pixel size are more suitable for microscopy standard C-mount imaging. When compared to other existing scientific CMOS camera products, Dhyana 400D has a hardware 2x2 binning function which gives it superior sensitivity for low light imaging. Dhyana 400D has advantages of FOV, extremely low noise, high dynamic range, and high frame rate, in addition, the Dhyana 400D is also available with a color sensor.

The Dhyana 400D is equipped with a brand new 1.2 inch scientific CMOS sensor, which provides 80% quantum efficiency at 600nm. The 1.2 inch sensor size and 6.5μm x 6.5μm pixel size are more suitable for microscopy standard C-mount imaging.
