Requirements for
Incident Light Irradiation
To avoid damage to the probe, the following requirements are put forward for the irradiation position and inclination angle of the incident light beam:
  1. 1. The center of the incident light beam should irradiate the center of the probe cone. The maximum position deviation should not exceed 1/4 of the diameter of the light spot.
  2. 2. The maximum inclination angle of the incident light beam is ± 5 degrees. (for all models)
