The SIMTRUM NanoSpeed Optical Switch (Electric) series (e.g., N1x2, N2x2) represents our cutting-edge high-speed optical switching technology.

Utilizing special electro-optic materials and designs, this series changes waveguide properties within nanoseconds by applying a control voltage, enabling instantaneous optical path switching. As a non-mechanical high-speed switching solution, it perfectly bridges the gap between the speed of mechanical switches and the cost of all-optical switches, providing an ideal choice for applications requiring high-frequency and rapid signal routing. The product features two driving voltage levels, V0 (≤90V) and V1 (≤230V), corresponding to different switching states, offering a simple interface for easy integration.
