Manual Mount Filter Wheel

The SIM-MAFWM series offers both single-wheel and dual-wheel configurations as its main models. Under these primary types, various sub-models are available to accommodate 6, 8, or 10 filter trays.Each filter wheel is equipped with SM1 internal threaded mounting holes, supporting optical components up to Ø25.4 mm (1") in diameter and 5 mm in thickness (6.35 mm for 8/10-slot models).

The SIM-MAFWM-D model features a dual-wheel design where both filter wheels can rotate independently, ensuring precise positioning through alignment pins.The base of the SIM-MAFWM series is designed with two M6 threaded mounting slots for solid fixation. It also supports installation using a bottom M6 threaded hole for compatibility with posts and mounting holders.

The SIM-FWM, SIM-MAFW, and SIM-MAFWM series were designed with the concept of interchangeable components across the product line. This allows users to easily upgrade, for example, from a SIM-MAFWM-S to a SIM-MAFWM-D, a SIM-MAFW, or even a SIM-FWM.

Mechanical Dimensions

The SIMFWM2 series supports the installation of optical filters with a diameter of 25.4mm and a maximum thickness of ≤5mm. For 8/10-slot models：maximum filter thickness: 6.35 mm .
