The organic thin film with a low refractive index, a low absorption rate, and high strength is used as the substrate, and the metal grating is the polarising structure. When the electric field direction of the incident terahertz wave is perpendicular to the grating, it has a high transmittance; when the electric field direction of the incident terahertz wave is parallel to the grating, it has a very low transmittance. It has the characteristics of high transmittance in the polarisation direction, a high polarisation extinction ratio, good firmness (not easily broken), and good polarisation uniformity.
