High Gain RF Optical Modules
SIMTRUM provides a high-gain RF optical module product that is a high-performance, low-cost broadband optical transceiver. It is specially designed for light-carrying RF applications with a very wide dynamic range, providing high spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) and operating frequencies from 500 kHz to 4.2 GHz. The product operates at 1.3 or 1.5 μm and comes with an average automatic power control function for the best stability of optical power over the entire operating temperature range.
